Educational information
Bongogardenbuzz.com provides general information about beginner bongos, practice and informal outdoor music gatherings. The site is not a music school, healthcare service, instrument repair service or event organizer. Reading a guide does not create a professional advisory relationship.
Exercises and suggested durations are starting points, not guaranteed methods or promises of progress. Simplified timing exercises are not presented as complete instruction in traditional musical forms.
Physical comfort and hearing
Use a stable setup, keep playing comfortable and stop if you experience pain, tingling, numbness, dizziness or hearing discomfort. Seek qualified healthcare advice for persistent or concerning symptoms. Nothing on this site is medical advice or a substitute for an individual assessment.
Limit exposure to loud sound and consider appropriate hearing protection. A conversational-volume suggestion is not a formal assessment of sound exposure. Children and vulnerable participants need suitable supervision and arrangements.
Instrument care
Manufacturer instructions and advice from a qualified repairer take priority over general care notes. Inspect equipment before use. Do not force tuning hardware, use unsafe heat sources or continue playing a damaged instrument. You are responsible for deciding whether a technique or care step suits your particular equipment.
Outdoor gatherings
Hosts are responsible for checking permission, property conditions, local noise rules, permits, access, weather and other applicable requirements. A private garden does not exempt an activity from legal obligations. This website does not grant permission to use a location or certify that an event is safe or lawful.
